Process medical claims, verify insurance eligibility, monitor and follow up on unpaid or irregular payments, communicate with insurers, patients, and internal teams to resolve billing issues, audit accounts for accuracy, and ensure HIPAA and billing regulation compliance.

Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations reporting to the controller: manage AP and vendor payments; prepare journal entries and reconciliations; maintain fixed assets records; support NetSuite automation and SQL queries; manage budgets, forecasts, Board reporting, tax filings, treasury and borrowing base reporting; assist revenue cycle AR and cash analyses across 12 states.

Provide mobile bedside X-ray and EKG imaging during two-week travel rotations, drive company vehicle to patient locations, capture and transmit digital images for radiologist interpretation, and maintain clinical standards across multi-state assignments.
