Partner with Financial Advisors to support high-net-worth clients by providing portfolio analysis, account setup and maintenance, meeting preparation, asset allocation recommendations, and client relationship management while participating in a comprehensive Associate Development Program.

Lead strategy-to-execution for talent development programs and signature initiatives (PWM Women's Council, AB Mosaic). Own program roadmaps, governance, KPIs, and mentorship/cohort-based development. Partner with executives, Talent, Marketing, and business leaders to design and deliver development experiences, events, and special projects that improve retention, career pathways, and culture.
