Owns end-to-end member experiences across partner programs, improving journeys, operational efficiency, partner performance, and business outcomes. Responsibilities include analyzing processes and metrics, identifying friction, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing operational readiness, establishing governance and service standards, leading issue resolution, developing dashboards, and serving as the liaison between internal teams and external partners. The role also supports business cases, program evaluations, compliance, and strategic partnership growth initiatives.

Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, managing budgets, risks, milestones, and project teams. Develops portfolio-level reporting, analyzes IT delivery metrics, ensures compliance and audit alignment, and partners with executives and regulatory stakeholders. Coaches project managers, facilitates Agile and SAFe planning activities, trains teams on PMO standards and tools, and drives delivery excellence, organizational change, and continuous improvement across portfolios.

Provides inbound telephone support to credit union members, processes account transactions, resolves issues, opens and closes accounts, handles transfers and card assistance, and identifies financial needs for targeted referrals. Maintains compliance with banking regulations, policies, the Bank Secrecy Act, and privacy requirements while meeting service, performance, and first-call-resolution goals.
