Leads DevOps and development operations for web applications, building CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments across Azure environments. Serves as an Azure platform subject matter expert, supports Azure DevOps configurations, contributes to architecture and technology roadmaps, and ensures security, availability, recoverability, monitoring, and supportability standards. Collaborates with engineering, SQA, architecture, and security teams in an Agile/SAFe environment to design, deploy, stabilize, and continuously improve software delivery workflows.

Processes account service requests involving deceased accounts, ownership changes, certificates, IRAs, trusts, loan reconstruction, correspondence, and tax reporting. Performs document indexing, quality control, software release testing, risk remediation, root cause analysis, procedure maintenance, workflow distribution, and new-hire training. Provides internal and external customer service while ensuring compliance with credit union policies, privacy requirements, the Bank Secrecy Act, and applicable laws.

Processes membership, deposit, and loan funding accounts by verifying eligibility, reviewing documentation, coordinating disbursements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Serves as an initial member contact, resolves inquiries, prevents fraud through document and signature verification, and supports software testing and process improvements.
