Lead end-to-end go-to-market and product growth marketing for one or more business segments. Define positioning, messaging, and integrated launch strategies across channels. Drive launch readiness, governance, measurement, and transition to BAU. Partner cross-functionally with product, analytics, digital, operations, compliance, and PR to ensure differentiated, compliant launches and strong brand leadership.

Leads organizational resilience and second-line oversight of the Business Continuity Program. Responsibilities include developing business impact analyses and recovery plans, coordinating disaster recovery and critical process testing, leading incident response and tabletop exercises, validating vendor and technology recovery results, reporting risk metrics to executives, supporting regulatory examinations, and advancing continuity program maturity. Requires extensive business continuity, incident response, disaster recovery, or project management experience and collaboration across business, technology, executive, audit, and regulatory stakeholders.

Lead consumer credit risk strategy and manage analysts evaluating lending portfolios. Develop underwriting guidelines, credit policies, and risk oversight processes; monitor delinquency, charge-offs, approvals, and risk-adjusted returns. Support new product evaluations, analyze portfolio performance, generate reporting using SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and recommend risk-return improvements. Partner with lending, audit, regulatory, and second-line risk teams while hiring, coaching, and developing staff.
