Manage U.S. payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local levels. Own tax filings, deposits, reconciliations, notices, and audits; maintain internal controls and SOX readiness; troubleshoot payroll tax system issues; update tax rates and jurisdictions; collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, Legal, and vendors; and drive process improvements and automation using ADP systems.

Lead Voice of Customer (VoC) strategy and programs, design surveys and feedback mechanisms, analyze customer feedback and behavioral data, partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, manage vendors and pilot initiatives, and provide thought leadership to influence enterprise customer experience decisions.

Provide legal advice and counsel to the Claims Department regarding claims handling, focusing on coverage opinions and large losses while mitigating legal risks.
