Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare expenses and confidential communications, prioritize incoming requests, serve as strategic gatekeeper, coordinate meetings/off-sites and record minutes, anticipate executive needs, and drive projects to completion under deadline pressure.
