Conduct quality control across high-volume research projects by reviewing prompt sheets, knowledge bases, and expert transcripts. Identify quality patterns and process gaps, analyze quality metrics, recommend improvements, refine AI prompts, maintain QA documentation, and support testing of AI-driven tools and workflows.

Lead Financial Services channel research coverage across banking, insurance, and fintech. Develop coverage roadmaps, research frameworks, expert source strategies, and structured questionnaires. Guide analysts and operations teams on project feasibility, expert targeting, and quality standards. Serve as the sector domain expert, identify new companies and research opportunities, map value chains, and generate differentiated insights for investors and corporate users. Partner cross-functionally to refine research workflows and scale consistent AI-enabled primary research.
