Leads product enablement for revenue teams by coordinating product launch readiness, translating technical capabilities into sales playbooks, building product onboarding and demo certification programs, maintaining product knowledge resources, coaching customer-facing teams, and establishing field feedback loops. Partners with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Security, Solutions, and Sales while tracking adoption, certification, pipeline, and win-rate metrics.

The Senior Accountant owns key areas of the monthly close, including COGS, cost allocations, accruals, intercompany entries, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis across multiple entities. The role ensures US GAAP compliance, supports audits, evaluates internal controls, partners with FP&A and other departments, and identifies process improvement and AI-enabled automation opportunities.

Support client adoption and engagement through onboarding, training, warm outreach, product guidance, and follow-up. Identify low usage, blockers, license needs, recurring pain points, and customer feedback. Partner with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, support, product, and sales teams to improve retention, support trials, and communicate market insights.
