The Pricing Associate will leverage sports card knowledge to develop valuation strategies, support pricing methodologies, and assist cross-functional teams at Alt.

Founding Growth Engineer to own and build a repeatable growth engine: rebuild and instrument the submission funnel, run A/B experiments, scale acquisition channels, fix attribution and analytics, build lifecycle messaging (push, email, SMS) infrastructure, and balance marketplace supply and demand while partnering with founder and marketing.

Own Alt's growth engine: the seller submission funnel, buyer search and discovery, experimentation infrastructure, and marketplace liquidity. Ship product changes, run high-velocity A/B tests, partner with Engineering and Data, and drive submission volume and search-to-bid conversion.
