Leads global sales compensation strategy and end-to-end incentive plan administration. Responsibilities include plan design, quota methodology, modeling, budgeting, commission payout cycles, audits, reporting, governance, automation, and dispute resolution. Partners with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, payroll, and leadership to maintain accurate compensation data and scalable processes. Administers Xactly Incent and Analytics, configures plans, develops rules and formulas, supports system enhancements, and communicates plan changes to the sales organization.

Lead daily NAV and valuation reporting for institutional real estate clients. Oversee projections of net investment income, property valuation updates, variance analysis, client deliverables, quality review, process improvements, and technical team oversight. Coordinate with appraisers and stakeholders, manage multiple engagements, and build scalable practices for daily valuation and NAV accounting.

Manage quarterly valuation processes for institutional real estate funds, including appraisal management, financial modeling (ARGUS), client communications, project delivery, reviewing appraisal reports for compliance, mentoring junior staff, and improving deliverables through advanced Excel analytics and data visualization.
