Teams at Amae Health

Serves as the first point of contact for prospective behavioral health patients and families. Handles inbound and outbound calls, reviews insurance benefits, coordinates referrals with hospitals and social workers, schedules follow-ups, maintains CRM records, and supports patients compassionately throughout enrollment. The role requires strong communication, organization, empathy, persistence, and proficiency with CRM and communication tools. It is fully remote but limited to candidates in PST, MST, or CST time zones.
