The Head of National Strategic Accounts will drive Ambience's revenue by winning large health system accounts, leveraging relationships, and coaching the sales team on complex deal strategies.

Provide frontline technical support for clinicians using Ambience's AI documentation platform via Intercom, email, and PagerDuty. Diagnose and resolve complex EHR integration and user configuration issues, create and maintain Notion/Intercom knowledge resources, escalate trends to Product/Engineering/CS teams, and contribute to CSAT/FCR reporting and on-call rotations.

The Business Operations Lead will drive cross-functional initiatives, redesign workflows, manage pricing strategy, and establish operational processes to enhance company efficiency and scalability.
