Partners with leadership and departments to set goals, track metrics, and drive a high-performance EHS culture.

Lead global procurement category strategy for up to $600M spend. Drive cost reduction, risk mitigation, supplier relationship management, complex negotiations, strategic sourcing, contract management, and cross-region initiatives. Mentor procurement specialists and partner with stakeholders to deliver market intelligence, working capital improvements, and sustained value from suppliers.

Support PET category procurement by analyzing quotations and system data (SAP/GSTT/GSDB), developing cost models and TCO tools, maintaining price sheets, supporting RFQs and supplier selection, generating KPIs and reports, assisting negotiations, driving cost-savings projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company procurement requirements.

Supervises production activities, ensures compliance with policies, manages employee training, schedules, and quality standards, promotes safety, and improves operational efficiency.

Manage complex capital projects for PET preform and rigid container manufacturing from concept to qualification. Oversee feasibility, budgets, schedules, BOMs, plant layouts, equipment evaluations, standards, and cross-site communications. Drive productivity, cost reduction, and resolve technical and budgetary issues. Frequent travel to multiple sites (~60%).

Manage operations planning functions including raw materials, production scheduling, and inventory to meet customer expectations at a small facility.
