Manages all human resources functions for a manufacturing facility, supporting salaried, office, and manufacturing employees. Provides strategic HR guidance, employee relations support, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, investigations, training, change leadership, and succession planning. Partners with business leaders, unions, HR centers of excellence, and shared services while maintaining HR data integrity and confidentiality. Leads HR initiatives, supports organizational culture, and develops employees and HR professionals.

Performs transactional and analytical accounting activities supporting Operations Finance and six manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include financial analysis, month-end close, journal entries, internal controls, product costing, balance sheet reconciliations, freight accruals, accounts payable issue resolution, forecasting, budgeting, and decision support. The role uses SAP, Power BI, Excel, and related reporting tools to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities while partnering with plant leadership, controllers, accountants, and operations teams.

Provide technical and process engineering support to optimize manufacturing operations, improve safety, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Troubleshoot and modify equipment, lead vision system design and implementation, train operators, support commissioning/validation, and develop documentation and preventative maintenance for automated packaging equipment.
