Lead development of cost/price proposals for medium-to-complex solicitations: build cost models and narratives, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/CAS and internal estimating policies, perform QA, develop pricing strategies, mentor pricing staff, and coordinate with capture, operations, and business development teams. Use data analysis and AI-enabled tools to automate tasks and improve pricing workflows.

Lead development and delivery of complex, high-value DoD and federal proposals. Own strategy, schedules, budgets, pricing coordination, compliance, cross-functional teams, and final submissions. Mentor proposal staff, manage risks, and participate in post-award lessons learned.

The Pricing Analyst V develops commercial pricing strategies, collaborates with teams for proposals, conducts quality assurance, and mentors staff, requiring extensive industry knowledge.
