Advise and build partner government export control and trade compliance capacity: design STC frameworks, perform legal/regulatory and enforcement assessments, deliver training on licensing, ITT and dual-use items, develop ICP templates, and support interagency coordination and donor-funded engagements.

Secure enterprise data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data interfaces for international and government environments. Implement classification-driven controls, manage cross-border data compliance (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPL), support FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST/CMMC frameworks, secure ingestion and interfaces, enforce least-privilege access, perform risk assessments and incident response, and collaborate with data engineering, legal, and government stakeholders.

Execute and audit HR transactions in Workday and ADP, manage employee lifecycle events, reconcile data with Costpoint, generate reports, address HRIS issues, test HRIS functionality, provide end-user training, process I-9s, handle verification and unemployment requests, and assist with personnel file and subpoena requests.
