The Senior Project Manager oversees construction project operations, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and project delivery while managing multiple project managers.

Lead building performance analysis and measurement & verification for multi-site portfolios. Analyze interval and sub-meter data, evaluate energy and demand reduction opportunities, implement MBCx/FDD and EMIS/BAS integrations, configure fault-detection rules, support metering and commissioning, produce technical reports and presentations, lead project teams, support proposals, and apply AI/ML to improve workflows.

Manage all phases of mobile building automation system (BAS) projects including planning, design coordination, installation oversight, commissioning, and closeout. Maintain schedules, budgets, and client relations while traveling extensively to coordinate field teams, control system integration, compliance, and project financials.
