Leads enterprise project planning, execution, governance, prioritization, and quality control. Manages PMO staff, balances team capacity, oversees complex projects, and provides leadership with portfolio visibility, risks, timelines, and escalations. Establishes PMO standards, workflows, templates, and delivery practices while coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, funders, and external partners. Ensures grant, industry, and accredited education commitments are delivered and reported accurately.

Manages internal operations for CHEST’s Business Development Division, including contract processing, budget development and tracking, funded-program reporting, milestone monitoring, supporter communications, marketing materials, recognition compliance, Annual Meeting program execution, and centralized pipeline and performance tracking. Coordinates across Finance, Legal, Marketing, project management, and business development stakeholders while identifying risks, resolving operational issues, and supporting program renewals and expansions.

Lead corporate partnerships and revenue generation across pharma, device, and biotech sectors. Prospect, develop, and negotiate customized proposals; collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize funded projects; coach internal staff and volunteers; manage relationships with industry supporters to meet/exceed revenue goals and advance CHESTs mission.
