Designs, deploys, secures, and maintains Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipeline development, automation, networking, monitoring, identity and access management, governance, disaster recovery, cost optimization, troubleshooting, incident response, and cloud platform modernization. The role collaborates with infrastructure, security, development, and business teams while maintaining documentation and improving cloud reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Administer servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, security controls, backups, and DevOps pipelines across development, QA, and production environments. Troubleshoot performance issues, maintain high availability, deploy releases, improve network connectivity and release management, manage Azure resources, conduct system audits, and document configurations. The role also supports enterprise security, server administration, virtualization, monitoring, and recovery procedures.

Leads enterprise cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, technology risk, governance, and operational resilience. Advises executive leadership and Board committees, owns security strategy and risk remediation, directs incident response and security operations, oversees Microsoft cloud infrastructure, resilience planning, regulatory compliance, vendors, budgets, and technology investments. Recruits and develops security and infrastructure teams while ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-effective technology supporting the institution’s strategic goals.
