Leads a team handling commercial auto and general liability claims. Oversees workload allocation, technical claim quality, coverage analysis, reserving, litigation, negotiations, service delivery, and performance accountability. Partners with underwriting, MGAs, agents, insureds, and internal stakeholders to meet program commitments. Monitors claim metrics, inventory, severity, compliance, and service outcomes while providing coaching, training, and professional development. May coordinate claims service across workers compensation, property, and other lines of business.

Leads commercial property and casualty underwriting operations, including team leadership, talent development, workload and staffing management, portfolio strategy execution, compliance with underwriting guidelines, process improvement, and performance optimization. Uses data-driven insights and market trends to improve underwriting results while collaborating with internal and external partners. Requires substantial middle-market underwriting experience, management capability, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

Serve as primary service coordinator for a portfolio of agencies and policyholders. Build relationships, collaborate with internal partners, escalate out-of-scope requests, educate customers on tools, schedule reviews, assemble onboarding and stewardship materials, monitor data integrity for complex policies, and proactively resolve service gaps. Hybrid role with minimal travel.
