Sell group dental, vision and hearing employee benefit products across the Chicago territory by building broker/agent relationships, meeting sales targets, supporting new initiatives, managing inforce business, and coordinating with internal teams for policy processing.

Provide sales support and service functions for field teams: prepare proposals and materials, process transactions, communicate with customers/partners, monitor case lifecycles, resolve procedural/system issues, and train entry-level associates.
