Provides day-to-day HR partnership to assigned business groups, advising managers on employee relations, performance management, talent processes, workforce planning, organizational changes, compensation, and employee lifecycle matters. Analyzes workforce trends, supports investigations and people programs, guides organizational effectiveness initiatives, and partners with senior HR leaders and cross-functional People teams in a remote-first environment.

Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, research, development, launch, and optimization of K-12 science curriculum products. Owns product outcomes, customer research, competitive analysis, physical product specifications, cross-functional execution, go-to-market readiness, and stakeholder alignment. Partners with engineering and data teams to incorporate AI, measure impact, and improve teacher and student outcomes while mentoring product managers.

Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations, SuiteScript solutions, workflows, APIs, and third-party integrations. Configure ERP, CRM, and financial modules; improve 3PL integrations; deploy code across environments; conduct code reviews; mentor junior developers; document technical designs; and collaborate with administrators, developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams using Agile practices.
