Teams at Amplify

Administers internal business applications, including user access, security, configuration, permissions, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Supports AI platform rollouts through training, documentation, usage guidelines, and adoption initiatives. Partners with IT, development teams, and stakeholders on application updates, change management, releases, patches, and process documentation. Provides end-user support, mentoring, and training while promoting data integrity, security, and effective application usage.

Lead the architecture and implementation of Amplify’s design system, including reusable React components, design tokens, frontend infrastructure, documentation, and contribution workflows. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to establish standards, accessibility practices, governance, and adoption across products. Mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, improve development workflows, and explore AI-assisted development practices.

Supports performance marketing campaigns by creating and managing digital assets, workflows, landing pages, forms, and advertisements. Tracks campaign performance, analyzes marketing KPIs, recommends optimizations, manages paid publisher submissions, performs quality assurance, and maintains documentation. Collaborates with content, field marketing, project management, design teams, and external vendors while supporting presentations and special projects.
