Leads workers’ compensation claim investigations, coverage evaluations, reserve management, negotiations, settlements, and claim declinations. Coordinates with insureds, claimants, medical providers, managed care teams, and legal counsel while developing return-to-work strategies and treatment plans. Reviews records and reports, maintains accurate claim documentation and diaries, manages legal panel costs, and provides guidance on complex claims.

Examines title orders and public records to determine ownership, insurability, title defects, exceptions, and associated risks. Prepares title commitments and policies using title software, develops curative measures, communicates requirements to customers and managers, and supports timely closings. Maintains files, uploads executed policies, provides customer service, and completes administrative duties while meeting production and quality standards.

Delivers training and ongoing support to premium audit staff covering workers compensation, general liability, audit procedures, regulatory standards, and department systems. Designs training programs, develops educational materials, mentors trainees, administers assessments, tracks development data, communicates procedural updates, and supports onboarding. The role also monitors regulatory and industry changes, partners with quality and compliance teams, and recommends process improvements while maintaining accurate training records.
