Leads general liability underwriting, portfolio profitability, pricing, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, business planning, client development, and team management. The role underwrites new and renewal accounts, reviews exposures, collaborates with actuarial, claims, legal, and loss control teams, prepares financial and operational reports, develops business opportunities, and supports budgeting, staffing, process improvement, and acquisition integration.

Responsible for driving new sales, growth, and implementation of extended warranty insurance products across an assigned North American dealer territory. The role manages dealer relationships, sales goals, territory plans, training, product rollouts, competitive intelligence, and business development. It also includes budget management, maintaining call activity, attending industry events, and ensuring required licensing and certifications remain current.

Provides proactive executive and office administration support, including calendar and travel coordination, phone and mail handling, supplies, invoices, expenses, confidential information, employee events, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, judgment, communication, discretion, multitasking, and independent problem-solving. It is hybrid, with onsite work in Schaumburg, Illinois, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays.
