Lead full-cycle go-to-market recruiting, primarily for sales and Enterprise Account Executive roles. Develop sourcing strategies, provide talent-market insights, advise hiring managers, improve candidate experience and recruiting processes, and partner with sales, People, Legal, and Finance teams. Manage multiple requisitions while supporting scalable hiring practices, strong pipelines, efficient time-to-fill, offer acceptance, quality of hire, and retention across high-growth GTM organizations.

Leads the technical evolution of Kilo Code, a high-scale VS Code AI coding extension. Responsibilities include setting architecture and performance strategy, building advanced AI-assisted coding features, driving cross-team technical roadmaps, mentoring engineers, owning production delivery, optimizing context and token usage, reducing technical debt, and partnering with Product and Design. The role requires hands-on software development, technical leadership, developer-tools expertise, TypeScript and Node.js proficiency, large-scale performance optimization, AI workflow experience, and Eastern Time Zone availability.

Own Anaconda’s design system as a product, including tokens, components, documentation, governance, and code components. Lead migration to shadcn/ui and Storybook across two product surfaces while partnering with engineering. Establish AI-forward patterns, tooling, and workflows for agentic experiences, prototype in production code, review AI-generated output, and elevate a senior design team through influence.

Own Anaconda’s NVIDIA partnership and broader AI infrastructure alliance portfolio. Build strategic relationships with silicon, hardware, and infrastructure partners; drive technical integrations, product roadmap influence, joint go-to-market programs, co-selling, pipeline, and direct and influenced revenue. Negotiate partnership and OEM agreements, coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders, manage partnership health, and structure complex business development and co-investment deals.

Build and lead a global channel and systems integrator motion: design partner programs, enable and manage VAR/SI relationships, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, co-sell with regional sales teams across US/EMEA/APJ, manage partner pipeline in CRM, and hire/coach partner managers to scale the channel.

Lead development of the production toolchain that compiles complex Python packages (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, PyTorch). Build and maintain build/release pipelines, create and review conda recipes, automate processes, mentor engineers, run incident response and postmortems, and advise leadership on technical tradeoffs. Partner with distribution and wheels teams and validate AI-assisted code where used.

Own co-marketing strategy and execution with strategic hyperscaler and platform partners. Design joint GTM programs, secure and manage MDF, integrate partners into campaigns, shape messaging for technical and business audiences, measure program ROI and pipeline impact, and build partner-specific sales enablement to drive partner-influenced deals.

Lead a team to develop data strategy and insights across multiple business functions, driving analytics evolution and ensuring data quality and governance.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts (1,000–10,000 employees), build net-new pipeline, engage technical and business stakeholders, coordinate POCs/demos with Sales Engineering, leverage AI tools for account planning and outreach, drive closes and expansion, and partner with Customer Success for onboarding and growth.

Serve as the CLO's Chief of Staff and lead Legal Operations: manage a small team and global legal budget, own legal vendor and tech strategy (CLM, e-billing, litigation tools), build dashboards and metrics, drive cross-functional integration, and implement AI-driven automation to improve reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency across legal, corporate development, and IT.

The Technical Product Marketing Manager will develop compelling messaging for Anaconda's AI and data science tools, lead go-to-market strategies, and engage with the open source community to enhance product adoption and positioning.

Drive inbound lead follow-up and targeted outbound campaigns; research and develop enterprise accounts; maintain pipeline and CRM records; use AI tools to identify buying signals, build AI-assisted account research briefs, map personas, and tailor outreach to convert meetings into opportunities.

Provide commercial legal counsel to revenue teams, negotiate large enterprise deals, draft templates and playbooks, manage IP/open-source and data protection issues, build scalable AI-enabled workflows, advise cross-functional teams, and mentor junior lawyers to accelerate deal velocity and reduce escalations.
