Leads technical evaluations for strategic enterprise deals, owning discovery, solution design, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, demos, and technical close. Partners with senior customer stakeholders, sales leadership, product, engineering, and marketing to demonstrate AI solutions, address objections, expand opportunities, and improve deal strategy. Builds reusable technical assets, playbooks, and evaluation standards while mentoring other sales engineers and influencing product and go-to-market direction.

Process accurate global payroll across the US and other countries, including multi-currency pay, equity, variable compensation, deductions, leave administration, tax filings, and audits. Improve payroll through AI-assisted anomaly checks, automation, regulatory tracking, documentation, and systems integration. Partner with Finance, People, providers, and employees to resolve issues, maintain payroll policies, troubleshoot data flows, and support headcount-cost planning.

Negotiate complex commercial agreements and intellectual property licenses, partnering with sales, customer success, and professional services teams. Develop contract templates, playbooks, policies, processes, and performance metrics to accelerate deal velocity. Advise leadership on commercial, IP, data protection, and regulatory matters; use AI to improve legal workflows and mentor junior team members in a fast-growing, fully remote company.
