Lead and manage the CDL training program: develop and implement curriculum, supervise and train Driver Trainers, advise and support students, monitor program performance, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and drive continuous program improvement.

Provide senior HR leadership and strategy across payroll, benefits, HRIS, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Build retention frameworks, define HR KPIs, manage HR team and vendors, maintain legal compliance, draft HR budgets, and partner with leadership to drive culture, engagement, and organizational development.

Directs training and quality assurance for a multi-state CDL program, ensuring FMCSA and state regulatory compliance. Oversees curriculum consistency, instructor onboarding, testing analysis, remediation, staff development, equipment allocation, and operational efficiency. Investigates regulations and testing options, supports corrective actions, coaches program leaders, and collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve safety, performance, compliance, and revenue.
