Teams at Anixter Center

Administer HRIS processes, maintain accurate employee records, support benefits enrollment and compliance, reconcile carrier invoices, answer employee benefits questions, and produce workforce reports for forecasting and budgeting. The role also supports open enrollment, ACA and EEO-1 reporting, retirement plan filings, process automation, and SOP development while partnering with Payroll, Finance, IT, benefits carriers, and brokers.
