Lead turnaround and restructuring engagements: analyze complex financial and operational issues, build and critique financial models, manage teams, coordinate stakeholders, present to clients and drive restructuring solutions to stabilize and maximize recoveries.

Lead FP&A and corporate finance engagements for clients, driving long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow optimization, transaction readiness, and analytics-enabled decision support. Design finance operating models and reporting, use visualization and EPM/ERP tools, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and support business development and practice growth.
