Owns operating plans, budgets, KPIs, safety, process improvement, equipment lifecycle management, inventory, maintenance, vendor relationships, routing, and delivery performance. Manages leaders, develops staffing and training programs, scales operational processes, and partners with executive leadership on strategy, technology, risk, and compliance.

Lead high-profile corporate events, brand activations, and large-scale productions from concept through execution. Responsibilities include creative direction, budgeting, team leadership, client advising, vendor negotiation, show-day command, and crisis management. Manage cross-functional creative, technical, logistics, and production teams while overseeing complex budgets and delivering live, hybrid, and virtual experiences domestically and internationally.
