Supports equity transaction booking, post-trade activities, valuations, cash distributions, financial reporting, portfolio reconciliations, and expense allocations. The role collaborates with Asset Management, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Credit Underwriting teams, prepares equity portfolio reporting, reviews complex transactions and legal documents, and assists with project-based assignments.

Oversee fund accounting activities, including reviewing administrator records, preparing shadow books, reconciling accounts, monitoring NAV production, supporting fund launches, researching investment accounting treatment, preparing reports and audit schedules, and coordinating with administrators, auditors, tax, legal, asset management, and investor relations teams.

Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls for incentive compensation and equity plans. Establish monthly general ledger processes, prepare quarterly footnotes and equity schedules, conduct financial modeling and variance analysis, support audits, and partner with HR, tax, and FP&A. The role will also implement carried interest software, improve procedures, coordinate with JPM Workplace Solutions, and support executive and Board reporting.
