Delivers customer service, meets deadlines, follows procedures, and supports efficient processing in a high-volume environment.

Executes and optimizes lifecycle email and nurture campaigns across multiple audiences. Builds HubSpot workflows, landing pages, forms, and segmented communications; maintains database quality and compliance; monitors campaign performance; conducts A/B testing; and provides reporting and optimization recommendations. The role also manages campaign calendars, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and supports marketing automation initiatives while ensuring accurate, timely delivery.

Leads the Partnership Growth team, develops strategic partnerships, owns partner portfolios and revenue outcomes, identifies new opportunities, manages executive relationships, conducts business reviews, resolves partner issues, and collaborates cross-functionally to expand the partnership ecosystem.
