Own franchise sales across the Southeast territory, from prospect generation and relationship development through negotiation and conversion. Build and manage a sales pipeline, meet annual quotas, present the Corcoran brand value proposition, guide prospects through the application process, and collaborate with shared services, sales enablement, and growth teams. The role requires CRM proficiency, business judgment, persuasive presentations, and approximately 50–75% travel.

Leads People M&A integration across due diligence, planning, Day 1 readiness, change management, and post-close transition. Develops integrated workplans, governance routines, risk registers, decision frameworks, executive reporting, and employee transition strategies. Advises senior leaders, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across HR and enterprise functions, manages confidential information, drives accountability, and improves integration practices through playbooks, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Processes real estate escrow and closing transactions by communicating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties; entering transaction data; collecting documentation; clearing title conditions; scheduling closings; preparing Closing Disclosures and closing documents; and maintaining accurate, timely files while meeting productivity and quality metrics.
