Manage strategic global customers as primary contact, lead strategic initiatives and integrations, identify supply-chain improvement opportunities, set and monitor KPIs/CSFs, drive portfolio expansion across freight and logistics services, oversee account profitability and renewals, resolve escalations, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Supervise a team of 15-20 security personnel, patrol facilities and docks, monitor DVR video systems, conduct security and safety audits, perform inspections and incident reporting, manage hiring/training/performance, coordinate with Security Director and Building Management, and work full-time across various locations with possible overtime.

Lead architecture, automation, and support of enterprise SQL Server environments on-premises and in cloud. Execute migrations to Azure/AWS, build IaC with Ansible/Terraform, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana, design ETL pipelines (SSIS/ADF/Kafka/Airflow), automate DBA tasks, troubleshoot performance issues, ensure security/compliance, produce documentation, integrate with CI/CD, and participate in on-call rotation.
