Teams at Apex IT

Owns the functional support, enhancement strategy, and roadmap for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage the product backlog, resolve complex functional issues, oversee testing and releases, and improve HCM processes. Evaluates quarterly releases and AI-enabled capabilities, supports integrations, governance, compliance, reporting, and adoption, and provides strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state solutions.

Leads end-to-end system integration testing strategy and execution, including test planning, scenario and script review, functional and integration testing, defect triage, quality metrics, environment and test data readiness, stakeholder coordination, UAT support, and release recommendations. Mentors QA personnel and vendors, communicates risks and progress to leadership, and drives automation, shift-left testing, and continuous process improvement.

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle Fusion Sales solutions for enterprise clients. Translate business requirements into scalable architectures, oversee integrations with Oracle and third-party systems, lead technical design sessions, produce technical documentation, troubleshoot implementation and post-go-live issues, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders in Taiwan. The role also supports workshops, user acceptance activities, project staff, and ongoing Oracle expertise development.
