Leads OIC-based integrations with Oracle modules and third-party applications using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and file-based exchanges. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, evaluates existing architectures, oversees documentation and testing, troubleshoots production issues, and mentors technical teams. The role is remote or client-site and requires travel as determined by customer projects.

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM functional consulting engagements, serving as a subject matter expert and workstream lead. Configure HCM modules, gather requirements, design and architect solutions, conduct testing, document configurations, and guide clients through implementations and go-lives. Support Benefits and other HCM areas, educate stakeholders, mentor staff, assist with project supervision, and maintain current product expertise. The role is remote or client-site with travel as required.

Leads end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP transformation engagements across ERP, EPM, SCM, PPM, and Fleet Management. Owns solution strategy, architecture, business process design, governance, stakeholder relationships, risk resolution, and project direction. Advises executives, guides cross-functional teams, supports integrations and reporting strategies, facilitates workshops, and drives adoption of Oracle best practices. Also contributes to proposals, sales presentations, staffing, interviews, and practice development.
