Lead mergers and acquisitions tax engagements, including due diligence, deal structuring, sell-side support, tax research, and post-transaction services. Advise clients on tax implications, identify risks and opportunities, collaborate with legal and finance stakeholders, review technical deliverables, and mentor junior professionals. Support process improvements while staying current on tax regulations affecting M&A strategies.

Provides tax compliance, consulting, planning, and research services for diverse clients. Oversees tax return preparation and filing, develops tax strategies, advises clients on regulatory and business matters, maintains client relationships, coordinates projects, and supports team training. The role requires public accounting experience, knowledge of corporate, S-Corporation, and partnership returns, strong communication skills, and proficiency with tax technology.
