Drive new business and account expansion within Public Housing Authorities. Build trusted client relationships, lead consultative sales, deliver demos and RFP responses, support implementations and adoption, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain CRM pipeline, and represent Emphasys at events (≈20% travel).

The Software Implementation Consultant will manage the implementation of financial software for public sector clients, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and support, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
