Teams at Arc Experience

Lead before- and after-school activities for children, including homework help, recreation, arts and crafts, educational projects, and enrichment clubs. Program Leaders welcome students, promote participation, support social-emotional learning, manage group dynamics, and maintain a safe environment. The role requires communication with children and parents, student supervision, safety compliance, and adapting activities to diverse needs. This is a part-time, Monday-through-Friday afternoon position.
