Perform quarterly reserving analyses, develop new reserving techniques and analytics, support GAAP/SAP financial reporting and profitability reviews, collaborate with pricing, claims, underwriting and finance, and present findings to senior management. Leverage programming (SQL/R/Python) and industry data to ensure reserve adequacy and develop analytical tools and insights.

The Director of Ocean Marine Claims manages first-party marine cargo claims and oversees relationships with stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
