Manages complex executive assurance claims, including D&O, financial lines, private equity, transaction risk, and commercial crime matters. Lead Arch Insurance North America’s Surety Underwriting Group by setting strategy, managing underwriting performance, driving profitable growth, developing talent, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the organization with customers, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders. Evaluate renewals, new business, actuarial trends, reinsurance, market opportunities, and product applications while optimizing resources across the business unit.
