Manage large-exposure complex general/auto liability and trucking claims, oversee TPAs, coordinate with underwriters and legal, perform coverage analysis, reserving, litigation and vendor management, negotiate settlements, attend mediations/trials, maintain adjuster licenses, train and audit TPA staff, and provide timely stakeholder reporting.

Lead reserving and loss analytics for commercial casualty and workers' compensation. Perform quarterly reserving analyses, develop new reserving techniques and analytics, support GAAP/SAP financial reporting and profitability reviews, collaborate with pricing, claims, underwriting and finance, and present findings to senior management. Leverage programming (SQL/R/Python) and industry data to ensure reserve adequacy and develop analytical tools and insights.

Provide legal counsel for private markets investments by negotiating LPAs, side letters, and investment management agreements; advise investment teams on compliance and regulatory risk; support fund operations, entity governance, and corporate housekeeping; build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and enhance the firms compliance program.
