As a Product Guide, you will deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge, and support sales initiatives while promoting the brand's values and engaging with guests.

Provide exceptional in-store guest service and technical product knowledge, process transactions and warranties via POS, handle inventory receiving, support store leadership on projects and merchandising feedback, act as brand ambassador in-store and in the community, and maintain required availability including peak holiday shifts.

Deliver exceptional in-store brand experiences by sharing technical product knowledge, recommending products, processing transactions via POS (warranties, trade-ins, returns), handling inventory and light lifting, answering phones/emails/social channels, supporting merchandising and store projects, and meeting weekly and peak-season availability requirements.
