The Senior HR Business Partner provides hands-on HR administration and strategic partnership across multiple locations. Responsibilities include employee relations, leave and accommodation administration, compliance, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, leadership coaching, talent development, people analytics, and cross-functional HR project leadership. The role supports organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, retention, and consistent HR practices across office, manufacturing, operational, and corporate teams.

Owns configuration, governance, optimization, and integration of SAP ByDesign and Salesforce. The role standardizes cross-functional business processes, maintains master data, troubleshoots issues, develops dashboards and KPIs, documents workflows, trains users, and leads system enhancements. It also supports mergers and acquisitions through data migration, process harmonization, and post-acquisition ERP alignment.
