Complete a 24-month insurance sales training program focused on increasing new submissions, quotes, and premiums. Demonstrate web and telephone quoting systems, conduct customer meetings, prospect for agencies, develop relationships with key contacts, follow up on opportunities, report sales activity, forecast meetings, review web activity trends, and coordinate sales strategies with USLI and Arlington/Roe teams. The role is in-office, includes local customer travel, and may require overnight travel and conferences.
