Lead complex US GAAP research (ASC 606/842/718/340-40), draft technical accounting memos, and ensure audit readiness and SOX control frameworks. Partner cross-functionally on accounting for new products, transactions, and international expansion. Prepare audit deliverables, support external audits, and help operationalize accounting policies while mentoring the technical accounting function.

Execute installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of modular data center infrastructure. Perform hands-on work across electrical, mechanical, controls/BAS, networking, and low-voltage systems. Troubleshoot issues, execute BMS/EPMS/DCIM integration and testing, produce field documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to ensure operational readiness.

Manage Armada's order form approval queue and draft/review order forms for hardware and software deals. Ensure pricing, discounting, legal, and operational compliance; perform quality checks; advise field teams; resolve non-standard terms with Legal and Finance; and improve Deal Desk workflows and documentation.
