Lead and execute marketing across five business units as a strategic player-coach. Own sales enablement, brand positioning, AI messaging, websites, SEO, content, go-to-market and cross-sell strategies, and develop tools to support sales and pipeline growth.

Make high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails to recover subrogation balances; negotiate settlements with responsible parties, attorneys, and insurers; perform skip tracing and research; manage and prioritize inventory; maintain timely follow-up and client-authorized settlements while providing customer service and problem resolution.

Manage subrogation litigation files by advising clients on litigation viability and legal strategy, retaining and monitoring counsel, tracking recovery efforts, ensuring timely fund remittance, and preparing demands with verified balances and supporting documentation. The role requires confidentiality, client communication, strong organization, multitasking, initiative, and collaboration. Knowledge of civil legal processes or commercial collections is preferred, and Salesforce expertise is a plus.

The role partners with leadership and sales to strengthen market positioning, develop AI messaging, improve digital presence, and support pipeline growth. It requires a hands-on senior marketer with strong insurance or financial services experience, strategic thinking, writing skills, and the ability to execute independently.
