The Client Services Analyst role involves liaising with customers, generating reports, managing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing engagements for improvements.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple operating companies, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, selection, and onboarding. Coordinate candidate communications, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs, and advise on TA processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Run and distribute scheduled reports, perform basic SQL queries and Excel data cleanup/analysis, maintain reporting documentation, support ad hoc data requests, and provide general administrative and operational support including calls and shared inbox management.
