Provides technical and operational support to clinicians delivering virtual behavioral healthcare. Troubleshoots access, authentication, connectivity, remote access, and clinical application issues; coordinates incident response and escalations; maintains downtime procedures, partner configurations, knowledge resources, and support workflows; tracks service metrics and recurring issues; and collaborates with clinical, IT, implementation, training, and client-success teams to improve service continuity and clinician readiness.
