Prices partial truckload, refrigerated LTL, and expedited freight bids using shipment data, market intelligence, historical data, and carrier feedback. Partners with Business Development and carrier teams to establish lane costs, capacity assumptions, margins, and customer pricing. Owns RFP quality control, submission, documentation, deadlines, award tracking, and process improvements while managing multiple bids.

Manages carrier relationships and daily partial-freight operations for assigned shipper accounts. Responsibilities include consolidating and planning loads, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, tracking shipments, resolving exceptions, maintaining accurate TMS records, and supporting clean billing. The role serves as the primary day-to-day account contact and identifies new lanes and shipment volume for the sales team.

Leads Arrive Logistics’ classroom and floor-training programs for early talent. Oversees trainers, onboarding, coaching, management development, continued education, and a two-year rotational program. Uses performance, retention, and hiring metrics to identify risks, improve ramp time, measure training ROI, and strengthen leadership pipelines. Partners across sales, operations, and management development teams while modernizing content delivery through digital and AI-enabled learning tools. The role also manages geographically distributed teams and supports engagement across offices.
