Owns end-to-end EDI integration implementations, including requirements analysis, mapping, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and post-production support. The role serves as an integration subject matter expert, develops sustainable data transformation solutions, manages implementation workflows, mentors integration specialists, and collaborates with business, product, and technical stakeholders. Experience with Cleo Integration Cloud, CIC Studio, EDI tools, JSON, databases, and advanced integration methods is required.

Design end-to-end features and workflows for a transportation management platform used by logistics professionals. Partner with product managers and engineers, conduct lightweight user research, create wireframes and prototypes, develop high-fidelity designs in Figma, contribute to the design system, present design rationale, and participate in critiques. The role focuses on complex, data-dense interfaces and improving workflow efficiency for expert users.

Assists the Facilities team in maintaining a safe, clean, functional office environment. Responsibilities include minor repairs, equipment inspections, safety walkthroughs, shipping and receiving, facilities ticket resolution, supply inventory, space planning, employee moves, ergonomic equipment relocation, and emergency preparedness. The role also supports vendor coordination, purchasing, and implementation of office safety and security procedures.
