Teams at Arrive Logistics

As a Coverage Specialist, you will learn logistics, secure carrier capacity, manage communication regarding shipments, and solve issues efficiently. You will engage in high-volume phone interactions and navigate the relationship between customers and internal teams.

Partner with a Sr. Product Manager to translate requirements into user stories and technical specs, run agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional delivery, handle support and incidents, and maintain product documentation to improve user experience.

Manage delivery-to-cash for assigned accounts: serve as primary customer liaison, ensure accurate invoicing, collect past-due payments, resolve billing discrepancies, monitor AR aging, support sales/BizDev, reconcile revenue and cash, develop SOPs, and drive process improvements to maintain cash flow and customer satisfaction.
