Leads business development and capital formation for a global special situations investment strategy. Builds institutional investor relationships, originates prospects, manages the sales pipeline, communicates complex investment strategies, coordinates diligence with investment professionals, gathers market feedback, and expands distribution across credit, alternatives, and fixed-income investors. Extensive travel and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.

Counsel will advise investment, product, distribution, marketing, compliance, and business teams on legal and regulatory matters affecting investment advisers and investment products. Responsibilities include supporting fund structuring and launches, reviewing offering and disclosure documents, assisting with regulatory filings and governance, reviewing marketing materials, monitoring SEC and industry developments, and implementing regulatory changes. The role requires a J.D., bar admission, and 2–5 years of investment funds or corporate and securities law experience.

The Manager of Valuation Oversight leads the valuation function, ensuring accuracy and compliance, managing teams, and liaising with stakeholders on complex valuation matters.
