Develops and executes supply planning strategies to optimize inventory, service levels, and costs. Responsibilities include safety stock and excess inventory optimization, pre-build planning, at-risk inventory management, master data maintenance, supply plan approval, exception management, SIOP supply support, MRP setup, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with demand planning, purchasing, product management, operations, suppliers, customer service, and other stakeholders while mentoring junior planners.

Leads the strategy, optimization, support, integration, and governance of finance and accounting systems. Translates business requirements into ERP configurations, oversees testing, implementations, data migrations, vendor relationships, production issue resolution, audit controls, and process improvements. Partners with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on financial system initiatives, reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role is onsite in Illinois with occasional travel and possible evening or weekend work during financial closes.

Develops and grows customer relationships and sales across a Midwest territory. Responsibilities include prospecting and cold-calling, acquiring new customers, preparing sales reports, managing territory sales plans, forecasting, addressing customer complaints, recommending product and policy improvements, and frequent client travel. The role requires strong communication, presentation, business writing, customer service, problem-solving, and sales promotion skills, along with product knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
