Design, execute, and optimize fraud detection and prevention strategies. Manage and tune fraud rules, analyze rule performance and trends, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend control improvements. Partner cross-functionally, support fraud systems and third-party providers, build governance and documentation, monitor KPIs, and respond to high-priority fraud incidents to reduce losses while minimizing customer friction.

Lead strategy, product development, and national distribution for workplace 529 and ABLE solutions. Build partnerships with brokers, HRIS and benefits platforms, define product and operational requirements, set pricing and P&L, and design the organizational model to scale employer-based education savings offerings.

Drive territory sales by building and expanding relationships with advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners. Support RVP in territory execution, pipeline management, proposal development, and CRM updates. Provide consultative retirement plan guidance, deliver presentations and events, monitor performance versus goals, and collaborate with internal teams while maintaining compliance and product knowledge.
