Supports Portfolio Solutions underwriting strategy, portfolio balance, distribution growth, program due diligence, agreement management, audits, referrals, and performance analysis. The role collaborates with underwriting, legal, IT, claims, actuarial, and other teams to establish effective operating platforms, maintain client service standards, and achieve profitability objectives. Requires strong property insurance underwriting and portfolio management expertise, financial and actuarial understanding, analytical capabilities, and business travel availability.

Underwrite Inland Marine business to achieve profitable growth through retail and wholesale broker distribution. Independently select risks, set pricing and program structure, manage portfolio performance, assess engineering/risk quality, implement reinsurance actions, adhere to CAT guidelines, and deepen broker relationships through marketing and in-person engagement.

Manage a caseload of Management Liability claims (Public and Private D&O, EPL, Fiduciary), investigate and evaluate exposures, present loss/reserve reports, draft coverage correspondence, appoint/manage counsel, collaborate with underwriting and brokers, monitor legal/market trends, obtain adjuster licenses, and travel for mediations, trials, and industry events.
