Drive net-new enterprise SaaS sales by sourcing and closing complex deals end-to-end. Build relationships, run demos, forecast pipeline, use sales platforms, attend events, and travel regularly to meet customers.

Manage a set of existing enterprise SaaS customers to drive retention, upsell and cross-sell, increase active users/teams, deliver demos and custom solutions, forecast revenue, and run in-person meetings and events to expand account spend and engagement.

Lead and own demand generation strategy and execution across paid, content, social, webinars, and emerging channels for US/UK markets. Build AI-driven experiments and automations, optimize funnel and conversion across web and landing pages, run lifecycle programs in HubSpot, align with sales to drive pipeline-to-revenue, and analyze performance to improve ROI and pipeline efficiency.

Own a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive long-term value and expansion by advising on research cadence, enabling product adoption (including AskAI), protecting research quality, and partnering cross-functionally to establish US Enterprise Success processes and playbooks.
